Our online Owner Web Portal means you have 24/7 access to your portfolio, including account balance, monthly owner statements, tenant leases, inspection reports, property photos, paid bills and more. Monthly owner disbursements are made via direct deposit and itemized monthly statements and consolidated year-end reports make tax reporting easy.
Maintenance
We work with an extensive network of trusted vendors to ensure your property is kept in tip-top shape. We pass our industry discounts and management perks onto you, keeping your costs low.
Communication
Your rental property is an important investment and we understand your need to have questions and concerns addressed quickly. We are available by phone from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. After-hour emergencies are responded to immediately. And you can also access your online account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Named after a buzzing, family-friendly park that is situated in the center of the community, Tahoe Park is a terrific residential neighborhood for families, dog lovers, commuters, and anyone looking for more affordable housing options in the Sacramento area.
Nestled between Broadway, 65th Street, 14th Avenue, and Stockton Boulevard, the median selling price for homes in Tahoe Park is slightly less than nearby Sacramento neighborhoods like Land Park, Curtis Park, Elmhurst, and East Sacramento, while offering a similar mid-century vintage style. There are some townhomes and multi-unit buildings, but you can expect to mostly find single-family homes built from the 1920s to 1950s.
Tahoe Park is a dog-walker's delight and perfect for those interested in outdoor activities thanks to the large park and very little traffic. It is a safe, walkable neighborhood convenient to both Hwy 50 and I-80, making it easy to commute to work or head out of town.
