Who We Are

Nathan began his career with Grow Properties in 2000, as a Maintenance Technician, and purchased the family business from his father in 2008. He is a licensed general contractor who manages all aspects of property renovation, maintenance, and construction. Nathan’s experience gives him a unique perspective of property maintenance, and working with subcontractors and vendors, which saves his clients time and money. Nathan is also licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and has an exceptional track record with tenant screening and leasing, creating strong tenant relationships, and once again, saving his clients time and money.

Kyle is a Broker and REALTOR® who manages the business and financial side of the property management business, as well as all client sales and purchases. He began his career in real estate in 2004, as a mortgage professional, where he spent five years before deciding to move into real estate sales. He began his sales career with Lyon Real Estate-Downtown in 2009, and obtained his broker license that same year. In 2011, Kyle opened his own brokerage, J.K. Groves Real Estate Group, in the Arden-Carmichael area, and spent several years in the community as a successful independent broker. Kyle is a Certified Negotiation Expert and has a strong track record of assisting his clients in the coldest (2009-2010) and hottest (2020-2021) of markets. He is adept at working with all types of clients, first time home buyers, move up buyers & sellers, move down buyers & sellers, probate sales, trust sales, and last but not lease, 1031 Exchange. Kyle brought his experience with him to Grow Properties in 2019, where he expanded his real estate experience into property management. His real estate career, in loans, real estate sales, and now property management, has given him a wealth of experience which allows him to provide advice to his clients on multiple levels.
