At Grow Properties, we care for your home as if it were our own and we provide a complete set of tools and resources at your fingertips. Use the links below to access your Owner Portal, Maintenance Portal, a list of commonly asked questions, and a blank W-9 form for you to fill out.

In your Owner Portal, you can access monthly financial reports, billing history, and vendor invoices related to each property. Your Maintenance Portal allows you to approve estimates, track work orders, and send messages regarding ongoing work. You may also set your preferences to be notified when a new request is submitted or maintenance is scheduled.

To login to the Tenant Portal or the Maintenance Portal, please use the buttons below. You will be taken away from our site and sent to a secure site hosted by either AppFolio or Property Meld where all of your information is password protected.
